Beth the owner was out of town but she helped get me in contact with the innkeepers and it just so happened that a room was available. The rooms were so quaint and well done. We stayed in the bluebonnet room which had a lovely claw foot tub which was definitely a great added bonus! The grounds were beautiful complete with a lovely pond with fountain, fire pit, swings, etc. There was even a little paddle boat setup for a morning ride. Tom did a great job prepping and lighting the fire pit and he and Linda both made sure we had an enjoyable stay. They provided a great recommendation for a restaurant in the area for dinner and we had a lovely breakfast that morning to boot. I would highly recommend this as a place to get away and take a break from life!!! Thank you! More...

First timers at a Bed & Breakfast, my wife and I traveled 45 min. for a quick week end get away. We chose Apex because of it's location, and after the stay we will make it a point to come back. The inn keepers really make you feel at home, our room was very clean and inviting, we had our privacy but at the same time you knew you weren't alone. Hotels and Motel are Okay, but if you haven't stayed at a Bed and Breakfast, you will not be disappointed. The breakfast the next morning was fresh and fulling, They served good size portions, and you didn't leave hungry.
