What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The key to great photographs is not about the latest technology or the most expensive equipment, but how to manipulate the light, and style the image to create a story, a desire, a want from the viewer. Before the camera is taken out, or the lights are set-up, an in-depth conversation and understanding must take place of what the client needs. This helps me to understand how they want their story told.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The questions asked are important to the job, it varies on the type of job. Some of the key questions I always ask of a client are:
1. Is this a location or studio image?
2. What is your budget?
3. What other elements would be required for this shoot?
What do you love most about your job?
Photography has a different meaning for everyone, as a photographer for me it means healing. What I love about it is the healing that being a photographer gives me. The ability to be creative, think outside of the box, create things in which no one has ever seen. My unique view point of the world through my lens is what I love most about this job.
It also helps me to fulfill personal projects, create images and legacies that will be remembered for years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always owned a business of some sort; being a military veteran I wanted something I was passionate about. Photography allowed me to be passionate, creative, and my own boss. I am able to interact with clients, customers and build relationships that can become lifelong friendships.

With years of experience, not only in photography and videography, but also in customer service. When we work for a client we aim to please and make you smile with our end results. A business owner who cares will always take care of their clients and make sure that they like the work that they have paid for.
