I thought Ayoub only did carpet cleaning & repair, (which I have used and they have done an excellent job), but then I also discovered they do carpet sales & install as well. They were prompt in coming to the house for an estimate and offered a fair price for a good carpet. The installers showed up right on time and did a good job with the install. Very nice service picking up and dropping back off. The rugs looks great. They repaired a tattered corner for a reasonable cost. No muss no fuss! It's not cheap, but their services are in line with what it costs elsewhere only I really like their service and trust them to take good care of the rugs and follow through on their commitments. Great service. I dropped off and picked up my carpets from their Falls Church location. They repaired a small kilim that had a hole in it and cleaned a fairly large carpet we had in the living room. Would recommend!

We recently had to replace our flooring in our basement, family room and bedrooms. The customer service we experienced with Ayoub Carpet was exceptional! We spent hours with Brian who so patiently educated us on the best products for our specific situation. We were very thankful for the time he spent with us. Ryan came out to measure and also provided great recommendations/advice for our situation. Ryan continued to be our main point of contact. He was extremely professional and so patient with us as we made our decisions. He was fabulous throughout the entire process. Our installers (Dennis, Javier and Solomon) were so wonderful as well. They were extremely careful, helpful and did a beautiful job of installing all our new flooring. They even took the time to repair a big ding on my hardwoods that my boys accidentally damaged. They were so willing to help. The installers were extremely professional and worked very efficiently. Stephanie and Justine were also so helpful will payment and invoices. Justin did a wonderful job regarding our area rugs. We had five area rugs cleaned and repaired. I am amazed at how they all cleaned up. They all look brand new and one carpet was 40+ years old. They made this item on my to do list so easy! They offer pick up and drop off- which is key- and they made our 18 year old rug look like new. We initially tried Home Depot for carpet, choosing a small bedroom as a trial run. It dragged on for weeks during which time they simply could not explain to us why their quote included so much waste. Working with Ayoub was totally different. Stephanie greeted us at the showroom and is clearly knowledgeable. She quickly figured out what we were looking for, and helped us narrow down our choices. She arranged for Ryan to measure the next day and sent for carpet samples which arrived a couple of days later. Ryan clearly knows what he is doing and confirmed that there should be little waste. We were sufficiently impressed that we asked him to measure all our bedrooms. His quote came that day and he followed up frequently throughout the process. Ayoub have just installed carpets in three bedrooms and will be completing the final two after some work has been done to them. The installers turned up on time, were polite, quick and left everything clean.Based upon our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Ayoub.
