What do you love most about your job?
I love helping customers communicate easier and more reliably with their clients. By having a phone system in place that is not only packed full of modern features such as video chat and SMS, businesses also get dependability and mobility features.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the telecom industry for over 19 years I have learned that customer satisfaction is the number one goal. I started my own business to be able to give my clients just that, satisfaction.
