Through tremendous grief for the loss of a family member I, in CA, placed an order on Friday for a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to the widow's home in Nevada, approx 30 miles from Wildflower. I placed the order through the website knowing that no one could possibly understand me through my tears. I wasn't surprised to not hear from the family on Friday about the arrangement, lives being in disarray at this point. Saturday, Lori, phoned me to say that the order had NOT been received until Saturday morning. The worst part being that ALL the delivery drivers had already been dispatched for the day and the delivery would be made on Monday. I explained that this was problematic for me and Lori said she would work on getting another driver, one that would be available & willing to drive the 60 miles roundtrip. A bit more than an hour later my husband made the call to cancel the order. Lori had been unable to secure a driver and said she would deliver the order herself at the close of business. We opted to cancel the order.We chose to send our sympathies through a dining gift card to the family instead. Today, Monday morning, I received another call from Lori. She told me that she had worried over the situation throughout the weekend and was following up, with apologies, to see if there was anything she could help with. So, although the arrangement order wound up being a total failure, I appreciate Lori's follow up and kindness during this very difficult time. Her customer service is the 5 star rating. More...

My husband sent me flowers for my birthday, while I was working in Minden. I was so surprised to find a beautiful, modern and lush arrangement waiting for me.
