She is so organized and structured and does her research over and over again to find the planner or family all the best deals she can to make it affordable. Se also does the best job of making it all her or just jumping in at the last min to make the event smooth and no one bothering you during the event as possible. Jenn is a planning superstar! There were so many pieces of my wedding I had not given enough thought to that she already had covered in case something went wrong. During our wedding, there were small problems occurring that I never even knew about until after the fact because Jenn was on top of it, took care of it, and didn't even bring the stress to us at all—I cannot recommend her enough. She has amazing rapport with other vendors as well as guests and family, everyone commented how organized, polite, and helpful she was throughout the entire process. I interviewed many different wedding coordinators and from the start Jenn and I clicked! She is outgoing, creative, and professional.
She immediately understood our vision and gave recommendations for changes or additions without being pushy. From the day she took over where I left off, she was incredibly organized. She regularly sent out summary emails to everyone involved with the wedding with action items and deadlines.
Therefore, the days leading up to our wedding, as well as our wedding day were relatively stress-free. All I had to worry about was getting dressed, looking pretty and enjoying the day with my husband, family and friends. She picked up all the items I purchased or rented before hand, combined them with her stock of decor, and created an elegant, hip, and modern reception ballroom.
