Sharon talks complete sense. None of the normal ‘therapy’ BS. She gets to the point and fast. It was really refreshing after 3 years of trying to get to the bottom of why I did what I did and kept doing it despite knowing it was wrong.

2 sessions over the course of 6 weeks and I’m now 1 month into my life after that. It’s done and the past is over.

I know things are different now and there are no more doubts about me moving forward.

I wasn’t sure it would work and I’d had many failed attempts in the past so my faith in therapy and my own ability was shot to bits of I’m honest.

Wasn’t even sure why I was speaking to her - think I’d got into a habit of chasing for answers!

She believed in me straight away and now I do to. The after support is also amazing and you get personalised hypnotherapy recordings for you to keep.

I worked with Sharon 3 months ago for chronic back pain and I’m amazed. 2 tiny, tiny twinges in the space of 12 weeks. That is literally unheard of for me.

Back issue since my 20’s (sports injury). Now almost 40 and feeling better than ever! I’d normally have been laid up a few times and probably have to have missed a few days of work. I’m self employed so no sick pay here!

Amazing process, fully supported before and after and the recording you get to take away is a great idea.

Amazing practitioner. Made me feel very relaxed from start to finish and and can honestly say that my experience with RTT has changed my life. Highly effective method. Practitioner was very professional and put me at ease straight away. The after care is excellent. I liked how I could listen to the hypnosis after the session, it acted like a top up for me.
