I first met Sophia in the jungle where she was the head trainer of a well designed Ayahuasca Curandero Initiation Course. She is very knowledgeable about various ways and methods for deep healing
. She taught us many many things about how to work with the plants, both in the Amazon and back home, in order to deeply heal yourself and to facilitate deeply healing processes in other people.
Studying plant medicine also means diving deeply into the healing processes yourself. You have to be willing to put in the effort and endure stuff you would normally not experience or do. Sophia supported me in the best ways possible. Always ready to give a helping hand and to encourage me. She is present with so much love and she has a powerful dose of lightness and humour, which is essential to me when I am facing the darker or harder parts of my processes.
Once, when I was stuck in my process with the plants, Sophia gave me a session with Reiki and crystal therapy. The insights and the depth of the process were mind blowing! Now, 10 months later, I still reap the benefits of this specific session.
Back home, while still integrating, I got stuck in my process again. Sophia got me moving through it again, this time with a PSYCK-K session via Skype. She helped me transform my unconscious limiting core beliefs into helping ones. A subtle yet profound shift has taken place: I see and perceive things differently now. Which enables me to make choices in lign with who I deeply am.
Sophia is amongst many other things, an amazing PSYCH-K therapist, reiki healer, crystal therapist, plant medicine witch doctor and a beautiful and gifted human being. I whole-heartedly recommend her.

What do you love most about your job?
I get amazing satisfaction from seeing a person transform before my very eyes. When they are willing and able to dig deep and do the work and take that leap of faith to go from fear to trust and come out the other side all shiny and new. It's truly an honour and a blessing to witness and experience that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I could be described as quite a unique individual and don't particularly fit the 9-5 mould. I enjoy working, but I also enjoy having freedom, so I chose to create a life on my terms whilst being able to have energy and time to make a genuine difference to other people.

Distant Energy Healing - Remote session 60 mins
Healing from a distance has been done by many cultures throughout human history. Using a representation of the person in question, the therapy session is conducted in exactly the same way as it would be done if the person was present.
The session will be a combination of crystal therapy, reiki and potentially some shamanic work, depending on your needs. Crystals are wonderful tools for anchoring specific energy frequencies into our energy bodies. Their primary gift to us is that their very ordered structure creates an extremely stable energy signature which we can use to bring our own energy field into balance.
Often the healing session will involve a chakra balance and activation of the Earth Star and Soul Star chakras, allowing you to both receive more spiritual energy, and to ground and connect more deeply into the earth. Chakras are the main energy centres of the body, and each of the 7 main ones are connected to a physical nerve-plexus. When these centres are out of balance, we are unable to receive and interpret energy correctly from our surroundings, and the signal that we transmit can also become fuzzy, like a bad television signal. This in turn affects the way we perceive the world and how we are perceived by others. Balancing these centres can therefore help us to tune in more clearly, receive sustaining life force energy more easily and transmit a healthy signal of our own.

A Tarot reading can be very helpful when you have a decision to make or need clarity about a certain situation. The cards can reveal possibilities or highlight certain aspects that you may not have considered to be important. They can also show you how your specific hopes and fears about a situation can influence the outcome.
Sophia has over 20 years experience with reading the Tarot and uses a variety of decks and spreads. Her aim is to bring insight and wisdom, and not to tell you absolutes as she firmly believes that you are the master of your own destiny and that the power lies within you.

Ayahuasca Counselling- Preparation. Online or phone session 60 min
This service is intended primarily for people who have yet to experience Ayahuasca, and are are considering drinking it. Pre-Ayahuasca consultations are an opportunity to speak to someone with experience not only with Ayahuasca but also counselling, therapy, and the study of consciousness.
Do you have questions about:
Interactions with pharmaceutical medications?
Effectiveness for certain afflictions and conditions?
Preparatory diet, actions, mentality?
Navigation techniques and methods?
Ceremony etiquette?
The role of the curandero?
Travelling to South America or drinking in other contexts?
Most questions can be answered in just one session, but more than providing answers to questions, pre-ayahuasca counselling is a way to feel safe and secure in making your decision to embark on the mysterious path of ayahuasca and if it is the right path for you.

Ayahuasca experiences and treatment can be very deep and profound. Sometimes, understanding what happened and how to process and integrate it can be a real challenge, especially if you don’t have a lot of experience working with ayahuasca. Often times it is difficult to find someone to talk to about your experience, simply because the topic of ayahuasca is complex and not many people have studied its use and understand its depth. You may have questions about:
Trying to make sense of the experience
What happened externally and internally
How to interpret your perceptions and feelings
What you can do now to continue the process
Practices to enhance your understanding
How to effectively talk about your experiences
Planning for the future
More than answering questions, a counseling session provides a real connection with someone who has studied the ayahuasca tradition in the Amazon Rainforest as well as shamanic traditions, understands the complexities of the healing process on a deep and insightful level
Sessions are client lead and can include talk therapy, sharing of integration tips and practices and answering of any questions. Meditations, PSYCH-K and other modalities can also be used if appropriate for you.
