I'm a life coach, an NLP practitioner, and one of Bob Proctor's coaches (from the movie the Secret). I help people get in touch with their passion and purpose, rewire bad habits, create a positive mindset, overcome fear and anxiety, and so much more.

I have many options for coaching. Firstly, There are programs by Bob Proctor of the Proctor Gallagher Institute, for example, Thinking into Results and Lead the Field.

I have an online coaching club, which is a subscription-based coaching model, allowing individuals to only receive coaching on a month to month basis at a fraction of the cost. They also have access to articles, videos, worksheets, workbooks, and audios in combination with four sessions with me.

Most of my coaching takes place via Zoom, an online meeting platform. I find it helps to keep everyone on task while providing clients with the ability to be in the comfort of their own home.
