I am leaving a truly well-deserved review for Dr. Sophia and her assistant Sim. I’m a very nervous patient and have been to other practices but came here based on a friend’s recommendations. The dentist was very clear and explained my treatment to me and informed me of my decisions. Dr. Sophia and Sim put me at ease throughout the procedure and I felt I was in safe hands. The reception are also helpful and polite and helped me with my initial enquiry. Thank you to the team at Avondale House Dental Surgery.
Dr Sophia has excellent strong communication skills, which is one of the most important skills a dentist can have. She really looked after me and gave me lots of reassurance, when I thought my teeth were about to fall out. I have the utmost trust, and respect for my Dentist, and her Dental Assistant called Sim Kaur, whom also was very lovely and reassuring both worked excellent as a team. (Other Dentist/ Assistant not in this Practice) are not that careful when cleaning ones teeth.
The receptionist are really friendly too. I can honestly say I have had great customer service.
In all I would highly recommend Dr Sophia Ibrahim, especially for nervous patients as my self.

Great dental surgery quick service and excellent staff I’m a coward when it comes to the dentist but the excellent treatment I have had has given me the confidence to go on a regular basis
