I had so many doubts prior to booking with Avis after reading so many negative reviews online. But i had to experience it myself. They really surprised me, i have nothing but good words. Came here around noon. Upon arrival i was greated by lovely staff. Not a single person in queue. Initially book a Kia Picanto but was upgraded to a 7seater Toyota Avanza without paying a single cents more. They explain throughly the terms and conditions to me and were very patience with all my question.Car jockey was friendly and help me get the car and up the lugguage. Car was brand new and we did a proper inspections. When finalise bill comes weeks later there wasnt any additional cost. Same goes upon returning. Easy pickup, polite service, decent car. If you are being dropped off by someone who will be checking the car with you, you can enter the Old Mutual parking on Rivonia or Stella Roads. Go to basement 3 for Avis. Don't forget to take both your driver's licence and passport (or ID document) with you.
