If Carlsberg made plumbers... This is my first time using Avery and here's why Avery is better than most plumbers: 1) I called and left a message and got a call back within 10 minutes. 2) Came round the next morning (it wasn't an emergency) and turned up on time. 3) Correctly diagnosed the problem (another plumber had mis-diagnosed it a few months ago and I paid for the wrong fix.) 4) Andy bought the necessary part, installed it and solved the problem all within 2 hours of arriving. 5) The price was sensible. What do you love most about your job?
I love everything thing about my job, I find great satisfaction from helping a customer who has water pouring through their ceiling and also I enjoying seeing a happy customer once I have either completed a new bathroom or kitchen. I enjoy helping people forfuill their dreams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have grown up with plumbing and heating, my Dad was a plumber and if you ever met him he would have great pleasure telling you how I first went to work with him in my nappy! It may sound odd but I actually love my job.
Why should our clients choose you?
I like to think I'm polite, clean, tidy, trustworthy and I will bend over backwards to ensure work is completed on time.
