I'd recently brought a new house which needed ALOT of work. I was recommended Avenue building services by a friend so I gave them a call. Tom and nigel turned up and we went through the scope of the works. They certainly know there stuff! Within an hour we had come to an agreement on the new kitchen and bathroom and general decorating works. There price for the work was outstanding. About a week later work commenced and I was staggered by the professionalism and sheer quality of the work which was carried out. They always tidied up after themselves and nothing was ever too much. Even for a picky bloke like me! Everything I asked of them they done it and more! My house looks absolutely amazing and I have nothing but compliments. Tom and Nigel did an excellent job on our bathroom renovation. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
