Ave Maria looked after my Mother and Father until my Father passed away earlier this year. They now continue to look after my Mother. I have to say I have nothing but great things to say about the service. The manager Jemma at their Sutton office has always been approachable, the care has been good and whenever there's been small issues Jemma and her carers have rectified them quickly. I had a fantastic experience with Ave Maria Care. My late wife received care from Ave Maria in the last two years of her life before passing this year and the services received were nothing short of amazing. Due her dementia my wife needed consistent carers and that is exactly what she had. The team at Ave Maria worked in an extremely caring way to ensure her needs were delivered throughout our time with them from the beginning when my wife had two calls a week, until the end when she was receiving two carers four times a day. We have used three different home care companies for our Father before coming across Ave Maria. Our Father has dementia and has been receiving daily support from their carers for six months and I have to say the service has been nothing short of life saving. The regular care staff that my father has understand his needs and preferences, help him to enjoy things he likes to do and even took him into Erdington High Street near where he grew up.
