Karen came to my house as I was having a few issues with my children. She wanted to talk to me first and for the first time I could actually see where the issues were coming from. .....me!!! I have learnt that my frustrations with my children were actually me being frustrated at situations and taking it out on them. So much has changed since seeing Karen. My little boy is so much calmer and happier as am I. A much happier household, we had just lost our way and Karen help put the pieces back together I can't thank her enough xx More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with my clients and helping them to explore their limitless creativity in order to move from resistance to action. The difference that occurs in people's lives and their relationships is so powerful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
One day having been thinking about giving up my 23 year career as a teacher, I decided to train as a life coach and then once I had completed my training felt inspired to start my own business in order to make a difference in the world.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an entrepreneur, wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, teacher, employee who has experienced resistance, stress, burnout, relationship issues, loss, grief. I have reconnected with my innate wellbeing and creativity and can help you to do so too.
