What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping people. Whether it's through interpreting employment law into practical actions or helping managers to develop their teams, I love everything to do with helping and growing people.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for some fantastic brands that are considered innovative and leading edge I wanted to share my experiences. I have so much to offer other businesses, having tried and tested so many different people initiatives over the years. I realised some smaller businesses may not have had the opportunity to introduce engaging people initiatives because they might believe there is a huge investment required. However, I can show that there are many ways to engage and motivate staff that does not always require huge investments.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 20 years experience working in HR many of those years at Director level. I have developed and built high performing, award winning teams and as well as being highly experienced in all people initiatives I understand business and I am very commercial. I have been Coaching and Mentoring colleagues and clients for many years and have recently had a great success coaching a Manager to becoming a Head of Department. Previous successes have included turning around poor performing Directors into high performers (within 12 months).
I am a very friendly personable individual that quickly builds relationships with others, developing high levels of trust. I have strong integrity and I am always honest. I have lots of experience of dealing with challenging and difficult people in the workplace and I think my calm and diplomatic manner has helped the most difficult cases.
