The coffees we ordered were delicious and so pretty! The menu has both breakfast and lunch items. Fresh pastries, delicious breakfast choices (both light and hardy choices), quite a few items on the kids menu too. Absolutely love Aunties! The Santa Fe Hash Is delicious. Staff is friendly. I usually reserve online through Yelp and are seated almost as soon as we arrive.

Our first time to Auntie’s last week. LOVE the vintage home, patio and gardens! Food was excellent!!!!! HOWEVER... and I wish the manager would really look at people’s reviews about this. .. service is not good!! We waited quite awhile before someone came to even acknowledge us. No water. No coffee. When someone finally came and took our order, our food was prompt but we never saw anyone again. We saw our waiter leave (to go on break, we later found out). Nobody checked on us and nobody came to refill our coffee. We had to go ask for a refill!!! We love SO much about this place, but with this kind of service it will not survive! I mentioned this place to a friend... and she told me that her and her husband had been there one day, and they sat there for 45 minutes and nobody ever came to give them any kind of service so they left. We are willing to give this place another chance. But we hope you will listen to our feedback. Thank you. More...

Place is very urbanista. Much needed in Whittier. Staff was friendly. Food was good. I had the Protein Bowl, kale, Quinoa (wasn’t enough) and 2 poached eggs (that were over cooked) with a very tasty salad dressing. Everyone else’s meal looked yummy.
Definitely want to go back and retry the Protein Bowl this time I will ask for more Quinoa

I always love the food at Auntie’s, but the service is very slow. It might be a good idea to hire a few more servers/cooks, especially during the busy hours. Everyone is nice, but getting your meal tends to take forever and forget about refills on water or tea. I think this is a management issue. But again, great food! More...

My daughter attends Whittier down the street, she brought me here for brunch. The pancakes were the size of the plate the bacon is crispy not greasy, and my eggs were exactly as I ordered them. The servers were professional yet very personable and friendly, the host went out of his way to serve me coffee during our 20 minute wait. great location in Uptown Whittier and awesom California Bungalow structure for a restaurant. Enjoyed the patio sitting and well landscaped grounds. Most of all we were very impressed on the freshness of the main course and bakery. Service by our waitress was superb. I would of gave a 5 star but due to a delay on getting our order to our table was longer than expected. It's possible that they might need more help in the kitchen and hopefully this can be addressed. Over all we will definitely be back and support our local restaurants in Uptown. More...

Dog friendly! We loved our breakfast here, and the place had such a cute vibe. I ordered the classic French omelette and my husband had a scramble. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Restrooms were clean, and there was a large changing table in there, not sure why someone else grumbled about that and left negative review over it. However, we were quoted a 25 minute wait, but were not seated until 40 minutes later. It was a holiday Monday, and most everything in Uptown was closed, so there wasnt much to do while we waited.
