Meat loaf full of robust flavors. Sweet, tangy and flavorful.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
My menu is created with prices and quality in mind. You can find the best without breaking the wallet. Also studying many cuisines for an authentic experience.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking because food makes people happy. It's an experience creating dishes and watching people enjoy your creation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had an idea to start my business when I was in middle school. I enjoyed watching cooking shows. There was a great restaurant in PA that my family visted during a vacation that I enjoyed so much it inspired me to open my own.
