Vlad went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. I was getting some t-shirts made for memorial and before even knowing what I was trying to made . He was willing to stay late to fulfill my order, because I wasn't going to be able to make it there in time before they close. Fantastic customer service! We wanted to get a particular model of hoodie that wasn't even listed on their website, so we reached out and asked if they'd be able to order it since they had other models from the same brand. It turns out the model was discontinued, but they called around and got us the last ones in stock! They also didn't charge us extra to do black printing on one color hoodie and white on the other.
