What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been a bit of a clean freak and so it never really bothered me if I was left with the cleaning. Well, after working in kitchens for many years, I just had enough of the complacency of staff who should know a lot better. I spent most of my shifts as the only one in the kitchen who cared for the job.
It was my last couple of jobs that helped to cement the decision to give up. The Chef Whites and start cleaning away years of neglect in London's Kitchens.
