ADULT FITNESS CLASSES - I come to the adult fitness classes as part of Attitude Fitness, and I have to say, as well as losing so much weight since starting these classes, I have never laughed so much in all my life. David treats all the people who come, like family. It is such an incredibly warm and welcoming environment, I've never once felt conscious about how I look. Hes is just as enthusiastic about the classes as you would expect an instructor to be, but right there for you if you need help. Even belts out an unexpected little twerk and a tune in the middle of a class for us too on occasion!Amazing Fitness classes, amazing instructor, amazing place. You NEED to try it. What a fantastic place to lose weight, get fit and stay motivated on your fitness goals! Also a great social scene with very friendly staff and teachers, the principle being the main instructor of the fitness classes, well what can I say other than wow ! He just blows you away with his motivations passion for the classes etc ! Jump and step and rave are particular highlights but get in touch to book on as these get full very quickly ! I go Tues to thurs every week to the adult classes and it has been the best decision I have every made.. This place is amazing for both kids and adults. . The adults are the most fun and fabulous classes I have every been too.. I have tried so many adult classes and this I one of a kind. Once you start you feel like one of the family... David is the most talented and just amazing person I have met.. This has gave me a new lease of life since suffering from severe depression and aniexty.. Thank you David, Sarah, Sylvia and everyone else for making my life mean something.. I started circuit training and clubbercise with David last week. He is a fantastic teacher who makes classes really fun but pushes your fitness at the same time. There are wide range of people attending his classes at different fitness and age levels but everybody just encourages each other all the same. Would highly recommend to any parent whos child wishes to dance in a welcoming hardworking and fun environment. Best thing we ever done bringing our son to Attitude Dance. His technical ability has come in amazing but his social confidence is unbelieveable. My son has a lifelimiting medical condition and David and the rest of AD support not just him but as a family. Thats the key to this place its a family, the children who attend here are a credit to their parents and the way the behave and respect shown for other dance schools during competitions and charity events is a credit to David and his staff.
