It's funny to give a review for a company that didn't do any work, but I have to give this company a great review. Dor came out to give me an estimate to remove old insulation and install new installation. He told me that the job was so easy that I could do it myself. He took 15 minutes to show me how I could do it and save myself a lot of money. He even told me what kind of insulation to buy. As if that wasn't enough, because I was in the attic anyway, and it was the first week of December, I was taking our Christmas decorations out of the attic. Without me asking, Dor spent 10 minutes helping me take all of the tubs of Christmas decorations out of the attic. If this isn't a good sign for a company to use, I don't know what is. More...

We highly recommend Attic Insulation labs. They removed our old blown in insulation and cleaned the entire attic, sealed any air leaks , and installed Owens Corning R-38 insulation. Finding a contractor to do any sort of work around your house can be very stressful, but Yahav and his team made this process pain-free! We wanted to have the ducting and insulation replaced in our new home so Yahav came out to our house to do an estimate. He provided a very thorough report of what was necessary and what recommendations he had and why. As a homeowner, it's important to understand what exactly is going to be done to your house and Yahav was very transparent about this from the beginning. Although their prices were a bit more than other companies, we felt that the ease of communication and professionalism was worth the extra cost. Scheduling was extremely easy -- Yahav was very understanding even though we had to reschedule a few times. On the day of the installation, the team that came out to our house made us feel very comfortable and were very transparent about exactly what they were going to do. They were very professional during the installation, and although there was a small amount of debris left after they left, the company was very quick to send someone out to clean up the very next day. My wife Sarah and I had a very poor insulated attic. We had about 3 different vendors come to give us a bid for the work and we've decided to go ahead with Insulation labs. Avraham was our technician and project manager. He stood out as being more knowledgeable and experienced in what we were looking for and his quote was right in between two other companies we've looked at. We decided to go with them and were able to get a crew over within a few days. Those guys made sure everything is covered with plastic to protect our home and kept us informed in all parts of project. Abraham was very helpful when he came to do the estimate. Walked me through the whole process and explained everything. Scheduling with the office was great. The guys who came out to do the work were all great. And then Dianna at the office provided me with the before and after photos and all the paperwork to be able to file quickly for the LADWP rebate program. They were a little more expensive than my other bids, but I definitely made the right decision in choosing them. Highly recommend! And now my house is warm and toasty for the winter. We contacted attic insulation labs to have them come out regarding a problem with our attic.  We also had some issues with mice. Oliver arrived on time.  He surveyed the attic and took pictures and measurements.  We sat down reviewed his findings and what recommendations he had.  We were in agreement with all of his findings.  We opted to upgrade our insulation as well.  What needed to be done was to remove all existing insulation. Clean and sanitize the attic. Rodent proof including the interior and exterior of our home.  Have rolled insulation installed and replace air duct that had been damaged.The crew arrived on time and ready to go.  They thoroughly explained the process and answered any questions that we had. The entire process took around eight hours. By the time the crew was done repairing and cleaning it was like they were never there! We were so happy with the process. Attic insulation lab was recommended to us by Friend's. We did not get any other estimates because we were so impressed with Oliver's presentation and not to mention the pricing! I saw Attic Insulation Labs truck in front of my neighbors home, and after some deliberation I figured there was nothing to lose with getting a free estimate and having them check out my attic. I was not sure what the condition of my attic was, we kind of just shove boxes up there to get them out of the way. Plus my neighbor said they were easy to work with and that her job was done in one day. I called to schedule and I am happy to say that my neighbor was right. Their office, technician, and installation team were all helpful and explained the process and situation to me. We had our air ducts and insulation replaced. I bought my home 2 years ago and at first I do not think much about the attic. It was a tight space so I never considered going up there. I have been keeping my windows closed 24/7 because of the fires/air quality, but I began to notice drafts and did some research. We have new windows/doors, so I eliminated that being the issue. I found out it could be from our attic needing air leak sealing, so I called Attic Insulation Labs to check it out. After seeing the technicians photos of what my attic looked like, I was grossed out. The house clearly had rats in the attic at some point, and there were gaps in my insulation and cracks/holes in the attic - so the issue was bigger than just air leak sealing. These guys came out and sealed my attic, did rodent proofing, and a full insulation replacement. I appreciate the fact they reinspected my attic based upon my original review, checked under the new insulation, checked all rodent barriers and seals-very satisfied. Because if my experience with their leaving the gate open many times and ultimately leaving with the gate wide open when they completed the job, I am leaving this a 4 star review. ( I have four dogs and repeatedly asked them to shut the gate when not in use. Excellent job on the attic, fast and thorough.UPDATE Nov. 2019I had an electrician in the attic installing lighting and a huge section 12" was chewed through. Called and spoke to Eran who reassured me the insulation is fire resistant.Upon further inspection the electrician found a lot of rodent feces. Eran is going to have someone come inspect the attic and take care of it at no cost to me. Whew!! Relieved More...

I have had problems with dirt and rats in my attic for several years, but I never realized that I could do anything to fight back! Luckily, I found Attic Insulation Labs online and learned all about their attic cleaning and rodent-proofing service, I am so glad that I did! After a short phone consultation, they showed up with a few friendly and professional technicians who proceeded to get to work! They cleaned the debris from my attic, using a huge vacuum cleaner which seemed to be very efficient and powerful! They then used sanitized my attic with special cleaning materials which are designed to kill and prevent bacteria. I was really grateful for this, as I was worried about the harmful germs which were circulating around in the air up there. I'm impressed with my experience. You don't typically expect home improvement contractors to be this sophisticated. I called in and was able to have a technician come to my house that week. The technician checked out my attic, showed me photos of the state of my attic (it was worse than I'd imagined) and shortly after gave me a quote. I had gotten quotes from other companies over the phone, but it honestly felt better knowing that Attic Insulation Labs had seen the damage up close before pricing. We scheduled an install & their team put up a dust tunnel to keep all the insulation particles and dirt out of my living spaces. I was in the attic insulation market because my attic was 3 layers deep of insulation trashed by water, messy electricians, and gross roof debris from a reroof. and a family of birds. I did my due diligence and got many bids. Attic Insulation Labs, after waiting for me to respond, came in with a bid for R-38 bats, rodent proofing and sanitization for 1650 sf at $2.35/sf. When I got home my house smelled good, my attic was clean, they put sprayfoam around all of my recessed light cans and pipes which protrude into the attic, and replaced wire mesh in my crawlspace to keep rats out. They were in and out in half a day, and apart from a good smell and new mesh on my vents, left no evidence that they had ever been there. Great experience. More...

This company inspired confidence from the first phone call. I probably spent 20 minutes on the phone asking questions and receiving an explanation so full it seemed that the rep was explaining the process for the very first time. The job was scheduled quickly and completed in half the time they expected without any sign (other than the attic) that they had been there. I don't do attics, but the before pics from the inspector and after photos were detailed and telling. The foreman was professional and even helped me out when I called from Home Depot asking if they would photograph the dryer wall for me. They've spoiled me forever; We recently moved here, and I now assume everyone operates as honestly, with attention to quality work and detail, and with customer service that will be hard to top. My home always stayed either too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer, called attic insulation labs to check and evaluate. They went up to the attic and after 15 minutes came back down and showed me pictures of my attic and why I'm having these issues.I barely had insulation and the insulation I did have was really really old.They gave me a quote but I still wanted to get another quote or 2 since It was my first time going through this.I had another company stop by but just didn't feel good about them and their price was almost twice as the first company.So I called to schedule with attic insulation labs, they arrived on time, put carpet protector and they were very informative throughout the process.They were done with the job same day and I'm really happy with the job they've done!!! Me and my wife recently purchased a home after all the construction we did we also decided to change the insulation in our attic. After looking on yelp and doing my home work I came across this company. I made a call setup an appointment and Oliver came to my house. He was awesome he is the operations manager he is not your average person looking to rip you off or make a sale. He educated you walks you through all the steps of the process inspects the attic and gives all the info needed. Sent the contract the same night they are really competitive and gave great pricing. He also recommended our ducts be replaced due to there being asbestos. A separate company came out removed all that and the ducts and took all the hazardous stuff with them. The next day Pastor and Erwin and his crew came early morning and started the process and were done in the afternoon. They first remove all the old insulation seal up all the parts around recessed lighting disinfect rodent proof than put the insulation. I went with the R-38 which is a little more on the higher end but well worth every penny. I highly recommend this company they did an amazing job and I will be referring them to many people. I found them through Yelp and they were great! Dor came to our House and took photos of our attic and gave us a quote which was almost half of what we were quoted from another company. We needed to get our house fumigated for termites and that company tried to sell us insulation/clean up as well. Dor even told us about the rebate (which other company did not) and other suggestions. Attic Insulation did a great job cleaning up our attic and replacing with new insulation while working with our tiny space. It took them less than a day to complete.
