Outstanding work from a great team led by Humberto Gil, Victor Ibarra,  Jesus Garcia  and Jorge Gesca,  Prompt, professional, courteous, and expert service.  Fully emptied a 3000' square' attic of 25 years of stored items, all insulation (floors, walls, etc), patched torn soffit vents, sanitized, and rodent-proofed attic and out buildings. The crew from Attic Construction that came to do Phase I today, were excellent.  Very friendly, personable, walked me through every step, and were very careful about the surrounding areas in the house.  Humberto, the crew leader was extremely professional, listened to my questions and had answers for anything I was concerned about.  His crew, Marco, Richard, Dylan, and Jimmy were equally warm and great workers.  They worked hard the entire day and did a fantastic job.  I will request Humberto and his crew to come back for Phase II as I couldn't imagine a smoother experience with a work crew.  Kudos to them! Had a great experience with this company.  The crew was Humberto Gil, Richard and Victor.  They got the job done quickly and correctly.  They were very helpful in explaining and showing me what they were going to do, and the results.  It was a hot day here so extra props for working in the attic in these conditions! Had several companies quote our attic cleanout, repair and insulation replacement.  AC came in with the best quote, we felt comfortable with their ability to perform the work and stand behind it.  The job itself took a bit longer than expected, but they stayed on it and kept me informed-much better than I have experienced elsewhere.  The crew, Dylan, Jeremy, Richard, Johnny, Augustine and Jermaine (hope I'm not leaving anyone out) did a great job in a hot, messy environment.  They cared for and protected the property and delivered everything that was promised. Impressed with this company from the phone call to request an appointment.  The office staff is very polite and helpful.  Nate came to give us an estimate and was very respectful of our home, inspected our attic, showed us pictures and thoroughly explained everything.  They were prompt in completing the work. We hired Attic Construction to clean rodent droppings out of our attic, sanitize everything and replace the insulation with a thicker, blown-in version.  Everyone at the company always called us back very quickly.  The price they gave us was fair and competitive.  Tony and his team were on time, professional and did an absolutely fantastic job.  They were really friendly too; we have a 2.5-year-old and they even talked to us about their kids.  We were especially impressed with how much work they did to protect our personal belongings -- they wrapped our entire bedroom in plastic. I can't begin to express how impressed I am with this company. Adam was the sales person who came out and took pictures of the attic and explained the procedure. He was absolutely amazing. Professional, kind and very helpful. The crew that came out to my house today was Franklin, Matthew and Tony. All three of those young men couldn't have been more professional and experienced. I can't thank this company enough. The office staff (Jessica), the inspector (Mike), the drywall repairman (Tom) and the manager (Stephan) were all extremely helpful and did everything they could to put the customer first. Mike, Tom and Stephan all spent a great amount of time researching and making sure our unique situation was handled properly. After meeting with several different insulation company technicians, I realized how much Jake and Eric stood out because of their knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism. I figured if their methodology was indicative of the company's standards, it was worth the few extra dollars it would cost to go with Attic Construction, so I did.Today's installation process went EXACTLY as Jake said it would. Tony Tran called half an hour before he and his team arrived, precisely on time, and fully prepared to complete the job. Ricardo, Alejandro, and Kevin greeted me, then got right down to work unloading and setting up equipment, while Tony and I took a quick tour of the house. A few minutes later, the floors and walls were covered, and several large bags of debris and ancient insulation were being removed from the house. After that, the team fired up a powerful vacuum which removed the old blown-in insulation and other disgusting 'stuff' form the attic. The rodent proofing process proceeded, followed by decontamination, and last but not least, my clean, fluffy, pink Owens Corning was blown in. I felt warmer just looking at it! The team left my home cleaner than they found it. Tony gave me updates and realistic time-frames throughout the day, and he never needed to give me any excuses. What an all-around great experience! Free inspection, and quick turnaround for the quote. Very easy to schedule, ask questions, and do the deposit over the phone as well.Tony Tran was the crew leader who managed the day of, and he was very kind and polite. I called Artic construction to look at a rodent issue before it escalates. I saw a mouse inside my house. Kevin came out (on time and with a courtesy call half hour prior). He was very professional checked everything. Unfortunately, the attic of my condo is very poorly built and doesn't allow for repairs/cleanups. There's no room for a person to get in there. Kevin felt bad himself about the situation. He gave me some sealing materials for free and showed me how to do it, and patiently explained everything, what we could do, strategies with neighbors (since we have attached walls). Although my situation is shitty, I'm thankful for folks like Kevin helping people out and being patient, professional and courteous, and good at what they do. Quick & Well Done!Met with Jake from Attic Construction on Fri (9/21) and he was able to swing a crew in to have my attic cleaned and new blown-in insulation completed today, Sun (9/23). The old insulation (or what was left of it), from the original build in the 70's was condensed, torn, dirty and mixed with other junk, including old ducting, wires, etc. During the hot summers, the A/C would turn on every 10 minutes, fighting the house being cooked like an oven from above, so was in dire need of an update (measured attic temperatures from a sensor during the summer reached +120 degrees).Chris, Carr, and Marco called before arriving on time today, protected all traffic areas and got to work promptly. Not sure how many bags of trash they took out (too many to count), but the attic was very clean after they vacuumed. They sealed all the holes, and blew in the new insulation. A quick cleanup, and all was completed in approximately 6.5 hours. This is a tough job they do in the hot conditions up there, and I give them a lot of credit for how hard they worked (attic reached 104 degrees at it's peak today).I had gotten quotes from other well rated services, and can't say Attic Construction was the least expensive, but Jake covered important details which had not been covered, and they absolutely made sense. The quick scheduling accommodation, his and the crews very friendly and efficient service, and I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to the difference from tomorrow, and I highly recommend these guys; they know what they are doing. More...

Our contractor recommended them when he found evidence of old and deteriorating insulation and rodent and bird infestations in our attic.  Jack came to our house to give us an inspection and quote. He is very nice and professional. Jack went into every detail about how the process was going to be step by step. We scheduled to have old insulation removed, the attic cleaned and rodent proofed. Albert and his crew showed up as scheduled and did the removing part. They did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. They took care to protect the floors which they used to transport the debris, and cleaned up afterwards.Tony and Marco came for the second part of job, which was to fill the insulation in the attics. We found some holes in the not very visible parts of the house, and he was able to seal them properly. They also showed up and finished the job in a timely manner and did a good job.
