I started to visit the Atlas Wellness Centre when I suddenly developed extremely painful sciatica. I was struggling to walk, especially upstairs & did not want to take prescription painkillers. My specialist Katelynn identified my spine, pelvis & lower back issue, & now after her manipulation of the necessary areas of my body, & having followed an advised programme of exercises at home, I am virtually pain free. My nervous system is super efficient compared to when I started my treatment and I definitely feel the difference. It took me a long time to find someone to give me back the curve in my neck after suffering from whiplash 10 years previously. I now feel 10 years younger, without surgery!In my experience, Dr. Peter is an expert in his field and everyone that works at Atlas is both passionate and professional in their work. The friendly atmosphere is hugely welcoming too. I have attended Atlas for a number of years. When I started my treatments I was taking pain relief regularly. I had been told my GP to change my job which I love. Dr Peter and his fantastic team saved my life. I had server fibromyalgia, nerve damage and spinal damage for many years which was destroying my life until I met the Atlas Team and began a treatment plan. Dr Peter believed that I will heal and gave me a lot of encouragement that I am worthy to have a healthy life. With this belief I committed to the treatment and I am delighted to say that I am healing. I was once a crippled women and had no hope while being on a cocktail of useless drugs and failed treatments from other services. Atlas Wellness Centre is the place to go if you are having any type of health issue. I went in initially to get help with reoccurring neck pain, which has gone away but now I'm also sleeping better. Hello :) My name is Rowena and I suffer from nerve damage in upper back - 29 years ago did the damage and more recently lower back nerve damage and crickety neck. ..Call myself a crock ! ...I use to just manage with heat/massage cushion and ralgex. Before discovering Atlas Wellness Centre I was at a stage as can no longer get ralgex (its been taken off the market) I was in agony, excruciating pain, I could hardly move...I was eating pain killers the strongest I could get that barely took the edge off the pain and didn't touch the ache...I was at the end of my tether...and basically couldn't do things - simple things like housework even..
The technology used is best there is and showed exactly the damage...
So I had an eight week intensive course of treatment and on my first procedure I felt immediate relief ! Have finished the eight week program still, need treatment but not as intensive down to once a week now :) and I am a different person...human again and can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
My upper back I have no pain or even ache right now...and lower back has eased so much it just comes and goes...But I can move and do things and life feels a whole lot better. :)
This is down to Dr Peter and the amazing team he has put together. Very professional very warm and friendly. You are made to feel welcome listened to and heard...Dr Peter is a pure expert in what he does and the team are fantastic ...wonderful people and the best at what they do...I call them magical miracle workers !
I have met and spoken with many patients here and it wonderful to speak with others who knows not only the pain but the ache also...All agree how fantastic the treatment is and the fact that it works... It WORKS !
I can not thank Atlas Wellness Centre enough for what they have done for me.
They help with more than back problems...look them up the list is extensive what they can help with...also happy to advise and impart knowledge so you can help yourself...
