I had just returned from my deployment and forgot my laptop password. I took it to Gus at Atlantic computer and repair and within 5 mins i was in my laptop and changed my password. ACS was awesome! I couldn't access anything on my laptop due to malware. I contacted Gus and he suggested a simple fix. He contacted me in a timely manner to let me know what he would need to do and let me know the charge (very reasonable). What I appreciated the most is when he said he was going to call me, he did. When he told me how soon my laptop would be ready, it was. He even installed free security! He also assured me that if I had any issues, i could just give him a call. I totally recommend him to my family and friends. Don't waste your time at a retail store where they will want to sell you a new product. My laptop is old and Gus never suggested replacement. It's difficult to find great computer repair/support services these days, especially certified, but accessible and reasonably priced, but I found it in Gus with Atlantic Computer Specialists.  I needed a quick turnaround on replacement of a shattered iPad screen with damage to one corner.  Gus graciously worked the repair into his schedule.  He thoroughly explained the procedure and his paperwork; then set the expectation of when it would be finished, which was later that day or the next morning. I received a text that afternoon saying the repair was complete as stated and picked it up the next morning at his shop.I found Gus to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
