I've been seeing David Gibson for 6 months and I couldn't be feeling any better.
I see David three times a week and I am fitter, healthier and more energetic.
I am 46 and David knows that when you are older you have different training needs, so for especially the older folks he would be a great trainer.
BTW, he's also a nice guy and has a great bubbly personality that puts you at ease.
I highly recommend giving him a call!!!
I am a dentist and it's also helping my posture and easing the neck and back pain I had.
He's now in Anaheim Hills.

I'm lucky I found Dave!

I've been learning/training with Dave Gibson for 4 months. Not only is he professional, but he is very caring and interested in my success. Dave is a motivator and very positive person. When I first started, Dave assessed my needs and told me what I had to do. Most of my aches and pains are gone now because he understands what the "older body" needs. He motivates me by setting goals and making me accountable. Dave is not a clock watcher, he truly cares about getting through the routine that he has pre-set for his people.

Sometimes, I dislike these workouts while I'm there, but feel so good when I leave. I honestly don't know what I'd do without Dave.

Dave Gibson is an excellent trainer. He is a former professional athlete who has made fitness his lifelong passion. He utilizes a total mind and body approach focusing not only on fitness but healthy living. He is result orientated and keeps me motivated.
