Avery did an amazing job. I train myself and others in fitness and it does take a tole on the body but he massaged all the sore spots out and also focused on areas I was really tight from an auto accident too.
I feel like I can move more freely with out pain.

All I can say is that Avery is amazing. He really knows what he is doing and talking about. When I came to him, my pain level was at least a 7 and could barely hold my own head up. I went to see Avery after we met at a Wellness Event in Denver. I had just returned from a 1200 mile motorcycle trip so my shoulders, neck, forearms and upper back were tight and painful. Avery got right down to business, he knew what my body needed. I left Avery's office feeling lighter, more flexible, and walking straighter. Avery is friendly, personable, kind and so responsive to my levels of pain and/or discomfort. His massages are.....I just can't find the right words. With my chronic pain issues, I hardly ever have any "pain-free" days. But after one of his massages, it's as close as it gets. He even offers specials if U sign up for a package of massages. Avery knows what’s up! I came to Avery with what I thought was tennis elbow but was quickly proven wrong in the best way! He is so intuitive and mindful, accessed my entire posture/body/positioning .
