You will have a personal training session 2 or more times a week to really focus on what you want to work on. My background is in running and endurance, crossfit and Brazilian Martial Arts so I bring my experiences from quite a few places. Sessions are currently either outdoors or at your home.

Keeping the workouts varied! I base my sessions on different things such as endurance, strength, power, etc. All different types of training to keep the body guessing...and to make sure you don't get bored!
And don't forget the nutrition! You can't out-train a bad diet!

Being able to help others. I am a qualified Level 4 personal trainer and GP referral instructor and I work with people who have medical conditions such as Diabetes and pre-Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, Asthma, Anxiety and/or Depression, other mental health conditions and more. Being able to help people become healthier is most important!

I wanted to be able to reach and help more people; that's why I started it.

I'm friendly and I love meeting new people. I help clients get proven results based on my programme. I'm very knowledgeable but still love to educate myself even more, and I love what I do; I wouldn't want to do anything else!
I like people to work hard but also to have fun!
