I have been training with Laercio twice a week for a little over four months now. I approached him to help be improve my overall fitness and grow some muscle. Results have been fruitful as I am now able to lift about twice the weight from when I started. Furthermore, I am starting to see muscle growth in my arms, legs and abdomen. I would never have achieved these kinds of results alone, and I am glad Laercio is showing me all the do’s and don’ts when working out. Laercio is a great coach who is not afraid to push me to my limits. He’s always smiling, and we always have nice friendly conversations in between reps. His sessions are very varied in terms of exercises, but on each day, we tend to focus on either legs, upper body or core. As Laercio has taught me to use weights properly, we use the frequently to strengthen my muscles, but he also showed me plenty of exercises that use my bodyweight, so that I can also workout at home. Every so often we also do boxing, alongside various cardio to keep my stamina and core fitness up. These days are always good fun! I’ve had the pleasure of training with Laercio since June 2017. It had been a while since I trained with a personal trainer and I felt like it was time I needed an extra push to achieve my goals and keep my motivation levels up.

My goal at the start was to tone up and improve my general levels of fitness for when I played 5-aside football and badminton. The transformation so far has been fantastic and compared to my before pictures, I’m now looking a lot more toned and I’ve noticed a considerable improvement in general fitness when playing sports. The core strengthening work we’ve done has also helped me with my sports. I’ve also had the extra bonus of losing 7 kg since my training begun and if my willpower for avoiding sweet things was stronger, I think this would be even greater.

Left to my own devices I don’t think I would have achieved as much, as Laercio really helps push me to my limits and I’m now dead lifting weights I never thought I would (90kg) and working towards lifting 110kg.

Laercio is fantastic at switching up the training and although I tend to have core, legs and upper body days the exercises we do are always different and if the equipment isn’t free he usually has a plan B. He’s also been flexible in working around a shoulder injury I got whilst playing badminton and changed the workout programme to help strengthen my shoulder and avoid exercises that could hinder my recovery.

My diet has improved since training, which has aided my toning and weight loss, but always room for improvement.

I can highly recommend working with Laercio as his passion for fitness is very infectious and he helps me to push myself like I never have before.

Laercio is a fantastic PT, I trained with him from July to December 2017. My goal was to loose 1 stone/ 6kg (which I achieved by October), and to increase strength and stamina – both improved dramatically! I realised how little I was pushing my body when I used to train on my own. However with Laercio’s guidance and reassurance I felt safe to push my body to its limits. It was a big confidence boost to achieve far more than I previously thought possible! Laercio made the lessons fun and not intimidating at all, he’s very easy to get on with and a good laugh. Laercio’s knowledge and motivation was invaluable, he enlightened me on how muscles interact and I therefore built strength throughout my whole body. After quick warm ups, we would do new circuits each week of exercises that ranged in difficulty, this kept the sessions exciting and fresh! Laercio quickly realised my upper body and core were weakest and therefore tailored workouts to improve these areas. We would finish with some quick stretching. My poor diet was giving me low energy. Laercio informed me of the importance of a healthier diet and drinking more water; I now enjoy a variety of food and feel satisfied after a lot less food. I trained with Laercio for 7 months. My main goal was to improve my strength and to help with my workout. What I managed to achieve with Laercio was more than what I was expected!
Laercio really helped me on my fitness journey and made me more conscious of my lifestyle. I managed to see the results quickly. I was not able to do 1 single push and now I'm proud to say that my record is 30sh push ups! During our sessions Laercio was really motivating, he knew what I was capable of and always pushed me to my limit. He made the sessions challenging and exciting by always varying the exercises: body weights exercises, lifting, machines and focused on different part of the body. It was never boring! I am now stronger, fitter, more conscious of my eating and I enjoy more going to the gym because I know how to train now. I would never be able to achieve all that without his professionalism, his encouragement and his energy!
But be careful 'easy peasy' Doesn't mean what it looks like with Laercio, but I promise it all worth it!

I love that Laercio always finds new routines and exercises. I get bored easily but with him, every time it's something new. He does not put up with my excuses and moans, always believing I can do more than I say I can. He helps me push my limits. On top of that he is really funny, always keeping you entertained. You'll forget how much your muscles are actually burning when you train with him!

My story begins one and half year ago when I started to train with Laercio once/twice per week. Having a normal, average body weight with low fitness level I have been more than comfortable with my outer appearance. At the beginning I have not had any particular goal apart from getting fit, release stress and feel active in everyday life. Since then I experienced the greatest physical and mental transformation I ever had by joining his training sessions. Thanks for his professional approach and great personality I have become much more self-conscious about my body, eating habits and my mental health. Due to our regular training sessions using a whole range of interesting and varied training methods (circuit, cross, interval and weight) I gained incredible body strength, neat hourglass shape and last but not least: the huge satisfaction of self-esteem! I have started training with Laercio more than 2 years ago. He is an excellent personal trainer with lots of experience. Due to our regular training sessions using a whole range of interesting and varied training methods (circuit, cross, interval and weight) I gained incredible body strength.
