I had such a great experience with Mei. She was always responsive, professional, and very helpful when choosing a dress. She gave honest and professional feedback when I was trying on dresses. I had an issue with the dress the night before my wedding (YIKES) and Mei did everything in her power to pick up the dress from my home (she came from the East Bay late at night), had it altered, and drove it back to my house (again, late at night) in San Bruno. She did everything to make sure my dress was perfect for my wedding the next day!The dress I rented had a beautiful back design, and just beautiful patterns all over the dress. This is the best bridal studio I could have asked for. Mei is super friendly and professional. She gave the honest advice and affordable price. Also, she was patient about every questions I had asked. The studio environment was clean and dresses were all super elegant and pretty.I bought my wedding dress here and had the city hall pre-wedding pictures package . I actually did not get my dress here but Mei is super sweet and was super helpful and I had a great experience. I came here 2-3 times, bringing in different people with me and Mei was super patient in suggesting dresses, different looks, helping me try on, and giving me her honest option. I've been to other places where I felt uncomfortable trying so many dresses but with Mei, she genuinely wants to help. She does have a good variety of gowns as well as traditional Chinese gowns and outfits. One thing that I liked was she offered a 1 time alteration to adjust the length of the dress. I've been told at other rentals places that I would just have to kick the dress out or hold it while I walk, which is not ideal. I think this place is worth checking out if you're looking for rentals. There's also the option to order dress in your exact size which would save a lot of alteration $$$. More...

Couldn't be happier with AT Romance! The dresses are stunning, and Mei's super friendly, responsive, and professional. For the service and product, the rental was a great deal! I didn't want to bother with purchasing a wedding dress and get it tailored, so I was looking for a rental shop. After going through a number of shops (I was so discouraged at one point and tried to buy), I was so happy we found AT Romance. The dresses are so unique and beautiful! They fit like gloves, especially for asian builds. People couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful my dress was during and after the wedding! What's more amazing was Mei's service. She was so attentive during the appointments, and never tried to persuade me into a rental/sale. She even informed me of an upcoming sale, so I could go back and get discounts on my rental. We actually ran into a few issues, and I couldn't be happier with the resolution. - 2 days before the wedding, my husband broke the bustle, and Mei slotted us in the next morning and fixed it in 10 min for free! - During the wedding, I had a small rip on the dress from dancing and Mei actually tried to avoid charging me for it. She contacted her tailor to confirm if she needed to charge me for the rip.- We had a morning shoot at a park and due to unexpected weather condition, I got the bottom of the dress really dirty. I would expect to get extra cleaning fee as well as being banned from the shop, but Mei handled it very politely and professionally. I am SO pleased with the dress I chose from AT Romance Bridal Studio! The quality of the dress is amazing and all of their dresses are so detailed, unique and beautiful! Mei was super helpful and really sweet...she really made the appointment go smoothly. I couldn't believe how affordable these dresses are, considering all that it comes with!! Beautiful wedding gown selections! I was so pleased with the wedding dress I got from AT Romance, it was an easy purchase because I found the exact kind of dress I wanted. Everyone there at the store was so friendly and easy to work with. My wife and I had been searching around for the right wedding dress shop to rent a dress for our wedding photography. After visiting half a dozen or some stores, we finally found AT Romance. As we first stepped inside for our 1-on-1 appointment, the store's simple yet cozy design certainly started us off with a good first impression. Mei quickly attended to us and, as we checked out the different dresses she has available, she chatted with us to learn about our story and my wife's preferences. One of the things that turned us away from the other stores was the lack of cleanliness of both the stores and the dresses. At AT Romance, we were pleasantly surprised how new all the dresses look and how clean everything is (no shoes inside and slippers are provided at entrance, which is awesome). The store has a spacious area on one side of the store with high curtains for trying on dresses and the spotlights and huge mirrors there certainly made it even easier and more enjoyable. With Mei's thoughtful recommendations and after trying on a couple, my wife was able to decide on one to proceed with in just under one hour - it couldn't have been easier!When the date for pickup arrived, it was also extremely seamless and Mei provided us with a veil to go with the dress as she knew we were doing photography with it. She explained in details on things to keep in mind when putting on the dress and gave us tips on popular photo spots inside San Francisco City Hall. Highly, highly recommend! Mei has the patience of an angel and was so helpful to me (without any undue pressure) in choosing a wedding dress for our announcement photos. She was not only professional during my in-store consultation where I was the only one catered to during my visit, but the multiple times afterwards by phone, email, etc. They have a wonderfully wide selection of dresses (across all sizes, shapes and colors) and all seem quite new. Alice is one of the owner, and she immediately knew what I needed and looking for. She was super helpful and gave me lots of tips. I love my wedding gown from AT Romance. Dresses are elegant and all look like new. I got a lot of compliments and asked for referral after the wedding. Rental price is reasonable and it includes the rental for wedding gown and wedding veil, as well as all cleaning, handling and alternation fee. AT Romance has their own tailor for alternation, and it is available for both rental and purchased wedding gown. I have visited about 7 to 8 bridal studios (some have rental and some are purchase only) in the bay area, eventually I came back to AT Romance for my wedding dress. I will suggest making an appointment at AT Romance and get a trial when you begin the process of looking for a wedding dress. Try as many dresses as possible and see if you like any one of them. Then go try other dresses at other bridal studio but now you have the dresses at AT Romance as your baseline. You can always come back to AT Romance if you cannot find anything you like at other stores. I will highly recommend AT Romance to anyone who wants to rent a beautiful wedding gown with as little stress as possible. More...

I said yes to the dress at AT Romance! My wedding planning was in California, but the wedding was in NJ. This included buying my dress in CA to then transport across the country. From start to finish, I can't say enough about the professionalism and exceptional customer service of both Mei and Alice. They are both my fairy godmothers that helped me find my perfect dress for my winter wedding. Although the selection is much smaller than large warehouses like David's Bridal, the variety of dresses and styles made up for it. Their belts went perfect with the dress and they even let you borrow their veils instead of buying one. What a win! I couldn't be happier with my experience with this salon. They have many different styles of veils, short, long, with lace or without lace. Came here with my best friend and soon to be bride Bonny this past weekend. Unlike some bridal places, they make you feel warm and welcome here. They also have an awesome selection of wedding and evening gowns here with different styles I've seen nowhere else before. We tried on a few dresses (yes I did for fun) and the staff said it's ok if we don't find anything yet; they will have more inventory coming in sometime during October. Alice is so wonderful and her excellence customer service makes me want to go back to check out more dresses in October. She took her time and patience with each one of us and give us her professional opinion on which dress fits our body type the most.The price is very affordable for people who are looking for a beautiful dress for their big wedding day, yet do not want to keep the dress afterward. The dresses are very unique and the materials are pretty legit. I especially liked the fitting because it is more towards petite and Asian sizes. AT ROMANCE is the first bridal shop I visited after my engagement. And after a few more appointments in other shops I can truly say I like AT ROMANCE a lot. Not sure what to expect at first, but I really liked the vibe. It's cozy, relaxing and clean! They carry great quality dresses that are very appealing.
