Should have reviewed this place long ago, as I've been going since day 1, but anyway: Kava Kat is a second home to many people, and many people who come here become regulars and thus, become part of the family here. The Kavatenders are awesome people that go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible, and are super knowledgeable.
