Lynn has been an amazing support to me as I navigate through some challenges in my life. It’s very easy to talk to her and the positive changes I am seeing in my life through counselling have been invaluable. Their front office staff is a very personable and kind person and the setup of the waiting area and offices are warm and inviting. My massage was excellent! Jennifer found and released all kinds of tension I wasn't aware of previously. I have been to many massage therapists for my back pain and I am so grateful to have found Jennifer - I will be returning here from now on. Such a relief!

Upon calling over 20 places, I finally was able to get seen for a same day appointment at aster wellnesss. When the receptionist answered the phone, she could hear in my voice that I was in crisis. She is the only person (after all of those phone calls) that asked me if I was okay. I can’t express how much my first counseling session with James Alexander helped us when our marriage was in crisis. Not only is he extremely empathetic, but he explained things to us in a new light and helped us see that our relationship had glimmers of hope. I have never met such an amazing councilor and will forever recommend him to anyone who has any road bumps in life. More...
