What do you love most about your job?
My name is Steven Brown and I am a fully qualified mediation consultant and registered member of the Civil Mediation Council.
When looking for a change of profession, mediation seemed the natural choice in light of my previous business experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have spent most of my working life in a negotiating environment which allows for my empathy to see both sides, be non-judgemental and bring something a little extra to the table.
Why should our clients choose you?
My experience in working with personal finance and property has given me insights so I can look at problems laterally; the answer to a dispute may be the one you have not even considered yet.
