At Ashridge Delicious we provide many styles of catering though we are best known for our "Giant Pan" service.
For this we prepare and cook a variety of dishes in giant paella style pans. Everything is made from scratch in front of your guests and we like to think the whole process is a piece of theatre adding atmosphere to any event which is why we call our catering "food with atmosphere".

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your brilliant chefs for their efforts at my party last Saturday. Everyone has said how delicious the food was!
They were also very helpful cleaning up all the plates at the end afterwards and keeping me informed of the progress of the food.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ashridge Delicious to anyone.

JPR Motorsport have had the pleasure of the lovely Valerie from us from Ashridge Delicious for us for all of our six UK events in 2017 and also our event in Spa, Belgium.
Valerie is an absolute delight to work with, nothing is ever too much trouble. We always have such fantastic communication with Ray leading up to the events, as our customer numbers and needs are constantly changing and we are always accommodated.
The standard of food produced by Valerie is outstanding, all cooked from fresh ingredients right in front of you. We have had so many compliments from our customers and staff and we are looking forward to working with Ashridge again this year.

Wow - this was above and beyond all expectations. We had three big pans, and all three were absolutely delicious. The chefs were friendly, we had excellent communications from Ray, and a sunny evening. I can't recommend highly enough!

Party, party, party!
I have booked Ashridge Delicious to cater three different parties for me and I'm constantly thinking of other excuses to have a party so that we can taste the delicious food and enjoy the experience all over again!
I have also recommended Ashridge Delicious to friends and all are immediately converted. Both Ray and Val are extremely good at their jobs. They are efficient, reliable, extremely good value, great fun and above all produce amazing food. If you want them you need to book now!

I just wanted to say a really BIG thank you for massive part they played in making my husband Barry's 60th party such a huge success.
Firstly the food was "delicious" - cooked and presented fabulously by Zac. There were so many compliments received during and after the day itself and most guests went back for seconds and even thirds. The cheese platter was a big hit too - such a choice and so fresh. The two waitress - Molly and Suzy did an amazing job keeping all the guests continually fed and watered and from past experience this is a pretty arduous task!
Once again thank you so much Ashridge Delicious - you provide a great service with smiles and a genuine love of what you do - it shows.

We just wanted to say a massive thanks for the catering at our wedding on Saturday 14th May at the Le De Spencers Arms, Downley. When we arrived back at the pub, for our evening reception, the smells of the dishes cooking were mouth watering - only to be surpassed by tasting the food. (People are still talking about how great it was 10 days on). Our guests loved all the dishes, we think the Buttered Chicken was the No1 favourite, and everyone was really impressed by the ladies who worked so hard for us that evening. We booked Ashridge Delicious to cater for our Son's wedding in July 2015. We made four big pan choices, which all definitely lived up to their name of being truly delicious! Dealing with Ray was a pleasure and he did everything possible to ensure we had a fabulous day. Ray's wife Valerie, was our main chef on the day. Her French accent added an extra special dimension to the catering presentation. It was wonderful having the food cooked as our guests arrived, the aromas filling the air, certainly built an excitement and expectation of what was to come and it certainly didn't disappoint. The portion sizes were good, allowing guests to return for second and in some cases third helpings! The food and service was a great hit with everyone.I would highly recommend Ashridge Delicious every time. In fact we have booked them again for my husband's 60th Birthday party in a few weeks time and we can't wait! More...

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday & had a Bollywood inspired party .I met Valerie & Ray from Ashridge Delicious catering company on their regular Big Pan Catering stall at Berkhamsted's Wednesday market. Although Valerie is French I asked wether she & Ray would be happy to cook Indian food for my party. They came round to my house & discussed several menu ideas whilst we all poured over Indian cookbooks. It was great fun. Several weeks later the party day arrived. Valerie & Ray set up their own gazebos & camly worker around my chaos preparing & cooking. The food was divine . Everyone commented on the flavours & almost everyone returned for more food even though they admitted that they were full ! They cooked 3 huge pans of a meat , fish & Vegeterian curry with rice served in eco friendly Indian inspired dishes followed by two equally delicious puddings. If this is them cooking out of their comfort zone then bring it on . They are culinary legends. I would always use them. More...

Ashridge Delicious catered for our wedding party in February, it was a very windy cold day and the chef cooked outside without any complaint she was very cheerful and friendly. The food was fantastic (Paella and Tartiflette) and received many compliments from all the guests. One guest even went back for thirds of very generous portions! Would highly recommend. More...
