Ashley is so easy and wonderful to work with. Both my husband and I saw her to get our diabetes under control. She was able to help me lower my A1C and lose weight. She took all of my food likes and dislikes into account and came up with meal plans that I would actually eat and enjoy! I highly recommend her and her services! More...

If you want to understand your body and get on the path for increased fitness then Ashley and Fueled and Fit LLC is who you need. I have been seeing Ashley for 3 years now and she has been a life changing agent for me. I have been doing CrossFit for almost 4 years and until I met Ashley my diet and exercise did not compliment each other at all. I’ve lost body fat and increased muscle mass but most importantly I learned what my body needs and how it responds to different foods. Ashley is a health counselor and she helps me back on the right path even when I stray from it. There are multiple reasons I would highly recommend Fueled and Fit LLC. Ashley is super knowledgeable in her field and really takes the time and effort to customize a nutrition and fitness regimen that works for you. Everyone is different, everyone's needs are different. She has a wonderful, encouraging attitude that makes you feel good and pushes you to want to do more. Her communication is on point whether through email or phone. There is an amazing life you can live feeling great about yourself, eating tasteful, healthy food, building your confidence, more energy, better sleep, all of it plays into exercise and nutrition. I've known Ashely for almost 3 years. I recently hired her as my personal trainer and I'm so thankful I did. I'm a 54 year old female and am looking to build muscle and become stronger for longer hikes and kayaking I do with my husband on weekends. Since I've started training I gained so much more confidence as well as muscle � Ashley is so encouraging and knowledgeable. Also I have really low blood pressure and get dizzy easily when moving up and down, but Ashley was able to give me exercises that built my strength and did not affect my dizziness. More...

I’ve been working with Ashley for 3-4 years now and through all the training which can sometimes constitute up to 3 sessions a week, I can proudly and confidently say I’m easily in the best shape of my life. I am a Type 2 diabetic and when I first started working with Ashley, my A1C was at a troubling and worrisome 10.8. It’s now at a healthy and very welcome 6.4. I’ve lost over 50 pounds and am under 200 pounds for the first time in 22 years. My endurance was a staggeringly awful issue, incapable of sprinting for any appreciable amount of time or distance on the treadmill. Now, the drastic improvement in said endurance has me to a point of sprinting for minutes & miles on the treadmill and have 5K’s calling my name – something I never dreamed possible a couple years back. In addition, there has been significant improvement in muscle tone and strength in both upper and lower body, and the difference in my abs has been astounding. I attribute every little bit of this to working exclusively with Ashley. She sports a terrific personality and is sensational at crafting a workout catered to exactly what it is you’re after and want to achieve. She is also a supreme motivator which is optimally useful because she is truly a master at sequencing exercises to a challenging level that is certainly always welcome. On top of all of this, her work serves not only as a personal trainer but also as a registered dietician so she really covers the full gamut of any questions or concerns there may be regarding anything about nutrition and the human body, and I know personally I’ve had plenty and she’s always had an answer and an explanation. She is an absolute invaluable wealth of knowledge. I love to provide a 10-15 minute discovery call with my potential nutrition and fitness clients ahead of time to listen to their specific wants, needs, and goals. Together, we create a roadmap of how to start working towards the client goals. When training clients, I love using circuit training, bodyweight exercises, tabatas, and HITT training techniques to improve a clients fitness level, strength, confidence, and change body composition. I am also a Registered Dietitian, so I am able to meet with my clients outside of personal training to better reach their fitness goals via proper nutrition.

The secret has nothing to do with specific exercises, and EVERYTHING to do with consistency, motivation and effort put forth in the gym and the kitchen! If you are not consistent with your efforts, your results will not show. Also, you can easily "out-eat" any effort that you put forth in the gym. The diet has to compliment the workouts!

I absolutely love working alongside clients during their health and weight loss journeys. It is truly rewarding and it is something that I consider my true purpose in life. There is no better feeling than knowing you are helping your clients become a happier, healthier, fitter version of themselves everyday!

I went to college and graduate school for nutrition with the intention of creating my own private practice someday. I consider myself to be independent, creative, and have the desire to work hard to become a successful entrepreneur. The satisfaction of running a business on your own and having a flexible schedule is an amazing feeling. I am very proud to say that as of 2018 I am a small business owner!

I am very positive, encouraging, and client-centered with my training and counseling. I truly enjoy listening to my clients, improving their quality of life, and making nutrition and fitness fun again!
