If Carlsberg made garages, this is what they would be like!
He is very knowledgeable and equipped to deal with all cars and all problems, friendly and very accommodating, a much better price than the "dealers" and the most important (and disappointingly rare in the motor trade) he can be TRUSTED

Used Peter for the first time this week. It was the last service under warranty on my Outlander and I am confident that all the right parts have been fitted exactly as they should be by an experienced engineer. He couldn't have been easier to do business with, I just sat back at home while the car was collected, serviced, cleaned and returned to me. My car faild its MOT on a few items i spoke to peter and he said he could fix it for me. The car was with him within a day of speaking to him and he left a Courtesy car with me so i could get around :) and all the work was compleated the same day.
All i can say is i had fantastic service and will be returning :)

My car broke down at home, after a phone call to Peter he came out to my house diagnosed the problem and arranged for my car to be towed to his garage the same day. 2 days later Peter returned my car to my home, valeted and it has been running smoothly ever since. I have continued to have my car serviced by Ashley Smithy Motors annually and coincide this with my MOT.
