In love with the photos Ashley took at our October wedding. Captured some beautiful moments with a very natural feel, just as we had wanted! As a couple we do not normally enjoy having our pictures taken but Ashley's unobtrusive presence made us feel at ease and be able to enjoy the moment without feeling in the spot light all the time. I booked Ashley for my 1940's themed 40th birthday party after he was recommended to me by a friend. I've known Ash for years before getting hitched, so I already knew and loved his style of photography. It was great having someone we know to be with us on our special day, but equally, if you don't know Ash, you'll feel like you do! I saw Ashley's work when a friend was tagged in a photo on facebook. I knew I loved his images just from looking at that 1 photo. And he didn't disappoint - our photos are stunning! Exactly what I imagined and more. We hired Ashley for our beach wedding and he was absolutely brilliant. Ashley didn’t just take the standard photos, he explored the venue with us to find the best shots and it really showed in the final photos. Even working around dogs and children he was optimistic and welcoming to all, everyone at the wedding loved him (some enough they were trying to buy him drinks!) and it was easy to see why, he’s lovely. After searching online and Insta I was delighted when I found Ashley's work . We were looking for a photographer to capture family portraits for us, whilst on holiday near watergate bay. Being a pro photographer myself I don't appear in many pictures myself, so we were after fun and natural pictures of us all on the beach. I loved Ashley's style and the way in which he edits his work too, which for me was super important. On the day we had loads of fun and it didn't really feel like a photo shoot more a fun family trip to the beach, which resulted in the stunning images Ashley has captured of my family. Our summer wedding day in Cornwall was captured perfectly, with exellent attention to detail and relaxed classic pictures of us, family and friends. Ashley met us at our venue a few months before, talking with us about our plans for the day and taking a few pictures. On the day, he helped make us feel relaxed, which is reflected in our pictures. We also have lots of lovely pictures of our wedding guests. We were very lucky with the weather, and the pictures in the evening sunshine are my absolute favourite. Ashley is FANTASTIC!! Our wedding photos are a beautiful reminder of our special day. Both my husband and myself don't really like having our picture taken, but Ashley put us at ease and made it a really enjoyable experience. All the guests commented on how they felt comfortable having their pictures taken. We had the usual group and family shots, but some of our favourite images are those he took when people weren't posing or being staged.
