Ashley is the best photographer we have ever worked with! She is so personable and really takes the time to get to know you, which of course makes for better pictures. She did a mini family shoot which I couldn't have been happier!!! The kids absolutely adored her and she had such amazing patience! When my husband and I met Ashley for the first time we instantly clicked. She was so excited to hear our story and what we were looking for in a photographer. After our little "interview", we knew we did not want to look any further. Ashley is so fun and personable. She is easy to get along with and truly wants to capture the vision and love that a couple shares. When you make the choice to choose Ashley as your photographer (and you should) she doesn't just see you at engagement photos and your wedding day; she does so much more. Throughout the wedding count down, Ashely kept in touch, checked in on me, and offered to help on several occasions with things that did not necessarily have to do with photos. She was such an amazing help and worked well with our entire family and friends on our special day. The photos she captured are utterly amazing and I am so happy that we chose her to help tell our story through photos.

We used Ashley Freehan Photography for our wedding and we were so happy with her and the photos. She did our engagement shoot which was so awkward but she made it fun and helped us to be comfortable. It really helped that she was friendly and took the time to get to know us as a couple so she could bring out the best of us in our photos. We met Ashley at a bridal expo where there had to have been 100+ photographers trying to earn ours and other's business. Ashley did not try to "sell" us, but simply had a conversation with us and invited us to meet with her to discuss more details and see if she would be the right fit for our wedding.

We are happy we did. We ended up clicking with Ashley from our first meeting and we knew she was the right photographer for us. Ashley took the time to get to know us and every detail of our wedding to ensure she tailored to our needs and wants while making the day as special and perfect as it could be for us. I can say after having her shoot our engagement pictures and wedding pictures, we are thrilled that we met Ashley and had he luxury of having her as our photographer. We used Ashley Freehan Photography for our destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico this past Spring. Although Ashley is family, she was completely professional and hardworking throughout the entire process. She met with us to discuss what we were looking for prior to agreeing to be our photographer which allowed us time to consider our options and look through her portfolio.

Once the wedding drew closer, Ashley met with us again to establish our wedding day timeline and to ensure that she understood our desires and expectations in advance. She made our day special and enjoyable while also staying on schedule to be able to capture all of the shots.

From the moment my husband and I first met Ashley at our venues open house, we instantly fell in love with Ashley's work. We went ahead and scheduled to meet with Ashley and discussed the image we wanted for our engagement photos and our dream wedding, all while getting to know each other and our families .
Ashley is very professional and passionate at what she does, which was another reason we chose to work with Ashley. Our engagement pictures came out so beautiful that we couldn't wait to see what she was going to do for our wedding photos. On the day of our wedding, Ashley was so attentive to our needs (aside from photos), and worked very well with both sides of our families, capturing the most stubborn of smiles and making everyone laugh. Working with Ashley had been one of the best decisions my husband and I had made for our wedding and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a photographer for any occasion. Ashley obviously takes incredible photos, but what really sets her apart, is how amazing she is behind the camera! While she is shooting she has an eye for detail. She isn't afraid to tell you to move positions, fix your hair, etc. and she won't take the shot until it's perfect. That's a rare quality to find in a Photgrapher. She also genuinely cares for her clients and listens to what you want. Don't settle for less, photos last forever and Ashley is the best! You won't be disappointed. More...

For my birthday this year I wanted something different, something that would stand the test of time. So I scheduled a couples session with Ashley Freehan Photography. I thought that this would be so much fun to do, just my husband and I, something different than the usual dinner date. She set up the place and timed the shoot perfectly for the sunset glow. I could not have been more happy with the whole process and the end product! Everyone knows the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words,” and I am a firm believer in this. All you have to do is look at the pictures Ashley Freehan Photography took of my husband and I, I don’t even have to tell you that he’s my best friend, my true love... Ashley captured that for us! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera.
