Where shall I start? I have worked with many recruiters in the past and most recruiters seem to be the same, promise the world and as soon as its bad news they never call you again. (through my experience) I thought I would try one last time working with a recruiter and I have to say Lewis changed my whole perception on recruiters and recruitment companies. From start to finish he literally held my hand throughout the whole process, even taking my calls at 9pm at night to role play over interview preps, and make sure I was fully confident for my interviews! 10 out of 10 from me! I have applied for a position as a client on-boarding, the next day I received a call from Oliver at Ascension Global, during the call Oliver explained to me the role and gave me more details about the company which I am applying for. Oliver Managed to get me the interview 2 days after the call and I got the job. everything happened within 4 days.
