EVERYONE at ASAP is great and a pleasure to deal with!!! I love that I can walk in and trade-in gear at very fair prices without going through the hassle of selling it in on-line forums. Their prices are the same as the big on-line retailers, so why would you not support your local camera shop In fact, I just referred a fairly well known professional wildlife photographer who lives 2500 miles away to them on a particular piece of gear. He called them up, placed an order with ASAP over the phone, and then he contacted me to let me know what a pleasure it was to work with ASAP vs the big on-line stores. Well done ASAP!!! More...

Two years ago I decided to buy a nice professional camera. I happened to find ASAP photo and I am so glad I did. I am new to the professional photography world and there are so many choices. Their entire team goes above and beyond to help you make decisions based on your needs and budget. I have been thoroughly impressed with my Nikon 5500. Every time I walk into the store, the staff is always friendly and not intimating to a beginner as myself. They are knowledgable and welcome any questions I have no matter how dumb it is from me.
The staff always offer serval different options when I try to explain what I want to do in a none technical photographic way.
Finally. The staff offers the main products and comparable products.
Greenville and eastern NC are very fortunate to have ASAP. When I want something or just to check out some new products, I will email, call, or visit the store.

After speaking with Chris, I decided to give ASAP the framing job as well. I wanted to take some time to thank the crew at ASAP Photo and share my experience. I live in Jacksonville a little over a hour away and was recently searching for a dedicated photography store close by. Since discovering ASAP a few months ago I’ve been there several times for everything from new and used gear purchases, to prints and gear rental. Each time I’ve walked in the store Aaron, Chris, Bruce and the other employees have bent over backward to ensure I was completely informed on the products and that I was aware of all the options available even when some of those options weren’t in the store. These guys NEVER cease to amaze me with their amazing level of service. They always come to my rescue whether it's troubleshooting malfunctioning gear, helping with questions, offering advise on equipment upgrades, servicing/cleaning gear or like today, helping me with a lens rental when I kept getting an error message online.
