I can't recommend AS financial enough! If there is only one word to describe their service, I would use FLAWLESS!
My husband and I have quite difficult situation to apply for mortgage to buy our second property as he was on furlough and I'm temporarily a housewife.
But James Borough managed to get both residential mortgage and remortgage for us. He explains everything to us patiently and reply my email promptly. Once the applications were submitted, Mr Marcel Istace took over it and keep me updated of everything, he also helps me to chase the lender and push the process going forward quickly. After we received both offers, Ms Donna Clarke started to assist me with completion. What a star! In order to help us to complete on 30th of June, she puts lot of efforts liaising with solicitor and lender, and response new enquiries quickly. We finally managed to made it on 30th of June! (Offer was accepted on 4th of April)
Without their help, I'm certainly unable to complete the purchase as this quick. Their service worth every penny, and save me lots of time, money and stress.
I will definitely use their service again in future and recommend AS to all my friends!

I am a contractor and my wife and I were looking to purchase our first home. Not wanting to deal directly with the banks, we did some research to find a mortgage adviser that specialised in contractors. After interviewing five mortgage advisers, we made a decision to go with Martin Seewoonarain from AS Financial. Why? Simply because he looked us straight in the eye and said, "I can get the best deal that works for you". We believed him. When my wife and I settled on a house, we put in our first offer. To our surprise and angst, the property turned out to be a repossession. The seller wanted to complete in 28 days!! We called Martin to see if this would be an issue. He said it would not. When the seller insisted we have an agreement in principle despite Martin insisting with the seller we were solid buyers, he turned an agreement in principle around in less than 2 hours. When our offer was finally excepted, Martin was able to turn our mortgage offer around in six days. Thirty-four days later, we have keys in hand to our very first home (the extra six days were due to the council taking four weeks to return local searches). We would not have done this without Martin's willingness, responsiveness, knowledge and relationships within the market. All we did was give him the information he needed and he did all the rest.
