I was supported when making difficult and sad decisions in my role as power of attorney and executor of a friends will. In a time of sadness and crisis, when someone had recently died, I found this help invaluable. I was able to lean on someone who knew exactly what to do, while feeling cared for and understood.
ARTOP and co. also helped me and my elderly family members to face the emotional challenge of preparing for the future we would rather not think about, by putting our wishes into legal documents which will protect and assist us when their health begins to fail or they lose mental capacity to make decisions.
It was done with sensitivity and gentle humour, putting us 'at ease' and making us feel safe throughout the process.
