You know when a flower shop is amazing, is when they were able to create the most amazing flower arrangement is when by describing it to them what you want and how you wanted. This is the place to be!! This is our first time to use this flower shop, my husband called them and told them describe to them how he wants it done. Sink called this amazing shop to make an order. Not only was I pleased but they went above and beyond. I could not make it in to see the arrangement so she took it a step further and sent a photo to my phone when it was done and it looked even better then I Imagined it would be. 100% happy and this is a first time I couldn’t find a reason to be mad. After calling a "Gift Basket Business" in Orlando who said they do same day deliveries, and their VM said they usually returned calls w/i one hour. ...I got busy and forgot and called them again after about 4 hours. They said well they were working on a big project and even if they had called this morning, they could not do it....WELL THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW IN TIME TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS......Then I called Artistic (I am in Alabama and my daughter works at Advent Hospital in Orlando), so I was totally going on reviews! They went above and beyond to help me get the delivery there today and even had to call me for further delivery directions after they arrived at the hospital.. After visiting several other local florist and being disappointed by their flower selection and lack of customer service. I decided to stop in at Artistic East Orlando . I was looking for a casket spray for my Fathers funeral. They were very friendly and offered condolences to me and my family. I made my selection and was happy with my decision to stop in and take a chance on this florist. When I saw the arrangement that was made. It was beyond beautiful!!! It was without a doubt the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen. Everyone commented how beautiful the casket spray was. And I gladly told them which florist I used. I always knew flowers were a very important part of any wedding celebration, but when I saw the finished product on my wedding day, I was filled with the happiest of emotions.
