After doing a review of 3 website companies we decided on Paul and his team in Artisan Web Solutions. From start to finish we've had a great response. Our existing web platform only allowed minimal changes and was getting out dated.
During the design stage of the website they adopted site variations quickly and gave guidance to us on various improvements that could be done to help in SEO, mobile ready, bounce rates and all that other jargon. Excellent all round and that comes from a fussy customer.
It’s that good we are about to commence on revitalising another company website that had been completed 24 months ago.

After recently purchasing a company there was an urgent need to have a modern, responsive website operational.

We found Artisan after a quick google search for website design in Belfast. They were the first company to appear on the list, which gives a clear indication as to the competency of the company. After a call to Paul he immediately understood the urgency of the project and came to meet us within the hour. We clarified our needs and requirements with regards to the website, Paul took us through other impressive websites which Artisan had completed and clearly explained the design process and how they can meet our targets. (which other companies were unable to). Artisan were able to supply a proposal that same day and the project was underway within a matter of days.

The new website is fresh, modern, and mobile responsive and is created to an extremely high standard. It was delivered well within the agreed timescale.

From the initial design phase, right through to the eventual roll out of the website Artisan kept us informed at every stage of the process and were happy to make changes should we need any. Paul, Daniel, and David were all very knowledgeable and were always ready and willing to offer advice on any queries I had (even if it had nothing to do with the current project). We commissioned Artisan Web to renew our old tired website. As a charity with limited resources we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get a great replacement for our budget, but Paul was very accommodating on what was possible.

Working with David who designed the site was a pleasure. He immediately understood our needs and we were really impressed with the first draft. He was flexible and very responsive to the changes we requested to get the site just as we wanted it.

Hired Artisan Web Solutions to build an e-commerce website for my sports apparel company. After pricing a few other companies around I decided on Artisan. They where not the cheapest but having looked at their previous work I felt they where best suited to what I wanted from my website and i am glad I chose them. From the initial design through to the training video s provided they have made the entire process and extremely enjoyable one. My website is so easy to navigate and to add new stock to. I have just launched my new website and found Artisan Web Solutions via google. Whilst I initially dealt with Paul the company owner the project was looked after by David.

The whole process was pretty easy and hassle free. We initially started with some design ideas I liked and quickly got onto our initial homepage layout.

What I liked about this was the ability to spend the day with David at Artisan Web's office in stranmillis and have my input in the actual design.

What we ended up with was a pretty slick site that I can easily update and change element myself without any coding skills.

I am extremely pleased with the work and the relationship I have been able to forge with Artisan and David and hope to work with them on a second project soon.

EXCELLENT!!!!

Artisan built our website in less than 2 weeks and started our SEO straight away. We now have top ten listings in 16 Towns across Northern Ireland.

We are also number 1 for several of them.

Our website also works great on mobile phones and tablets saving us having to get an app.
