I recently had them print one of my moose prints on acrylic, It is the best looking print I have ever had done. It looks like I photoshopped it on a wall. I'm going into my 3rd year of using Artisan and we have built a really great working relationship. I am a landscape photographer and work alone. I put a lot of thought into choosing a good print lab because the lab is an extension of my business. When I was looking for a new print lab, I was trying to find one with really good customer support. I wanted to know that I could pick up the phone and speak to the person who's in charge of my print job.  I didn't want to feel like I was just a job number, nor did I want to feel like I was bothering them. Mike and his team at Artisan have always been just a phone call away and are happy to answer any of my crazy questions. I live in the Northeast and could of easily gone with one of the big labs out of NYC, but I'm certain I would not get the level of customer service I've come to expect with Artisan. This company is AMAZING! We use them for almost every print job (about 85%of our print projects). They have hands-down the best customer service and each interaction feels personalized. The print quality and install surpasses any of the other vendors that we have used in the past. We use them for large vinyl wall installs to small rack card printing, their expertise is endless. I never feel like I have to haggle pricing with them, they are always the lowest compared to other competitors. Aaron Kilby, Stephanie Maus, Chris Standifer, and the whole install crew that they use are AWESOME people. Everyone there works so hard to meet all the crazy deadlines we throw at them. They are always willing to help and offer suggestions to make the project better. I was introduced to Artisan through the company I work for, California Pools, Inc. We have some of our pools printed by them hanging in the office and are gorgeous. When it came time for our annual company banquet, we wanted to display large prints of our cherished vintage images of the beginnings of the company. We celebrated 65 years in business and that was the theme of the banquet. We had several historical images that we wanted to blow up and showcase. Mike worked with me every step of the way. Mike, Glenna and the team are so professional, friendly and knowledgable. Do not be intimidated if this is something you have never done before. They walk you through it and help you understand the process. The prints are incredible! The quality cannot be beat. And 5 stars does not do their level of customer service justice. These prints hang in our office and are such a hit that our other offices are starting to order their very own! The prints themselves are sleek, modern and stylish. I am a beginner photographer and was looking to blow one of my pictures up in high quality plexiglass to put on my wall. Working very close with Mike G. and his team, they were able to significantly enhance the image and remove glaring imperfections in order to create a stunning 60x40 piece of work. Not only did they educate me throughout the process and a take a very meticulous approach to retouching, but they charged a very reasonable price and delivered on the final product. i had them make my advertising boards for the project i have at the ice den. they were amazing!!!! i went to them because of a referral from michael ohare at the ice den. i am glad i went with them. They beat the promise time, and got me exactly what i needed at a fair price. i am actually goi to switch all my atm wraps to them. you have made me a fan of your company. Especially Mike Goldner.
