TUPE
I lead the UK's largest TUPE (some 50,000 staff) and am an acknowledged expert in all aspects: due diligence, bid writing, consultation and negotiation and on boarding - in TUPE in and out.
Restructuring
I am an expert in organisation analysis, design and development and have an excellent track record in this area of delivering solutions to clients including reorganisation, design of structures and roles, selection, recruitment and redundancies and all associated information/consultation and negotiation exercises.
