What do you love most about your job?
It has to be the variety of work I do and the many different people I meet. You have to be multi-skilled in video production these days, so I tend not to specialise in one particular area. This has allowed me to develop my skills across many different disciplines from filming and editing to producing and production management. It also keeps me fresh and helps me evolve, as its important to always keep learning, particularly in this industry. I am a creative all-rounder and a lot of the enjoyment in what I do comes from developing ideas and solutions that helps people communicate the right messages to their audience/customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Its all I ever wanted to do, after spending over 15 years working in and around production for other people I decided five years ago that it was time to do it for myself and it was the best decision I ever made. Its challenging, difficult and sometimes frustrating, but on the flip side is its rewarding, exhilarating and just the best feeling in the world.

Repeat clients would say that my experience across a variety of disciplines and industries is what makes me stand out, I never settle for an easy solution, if I disagree with a client I enjoy challenging their perceptions of what can be done, but all whilst making sure they get the right result within the budget and timescales they have.
