What inspired you to start your own business?
I was once an employee and knew there was a clear difference with the way I worked hard and committed myself to employers that looked after me, advancing my rights compared to those who did not. I knew I could help employers and employees to manage their time, enjoy their work and get the best out of the employment life cycle through effective HR management systems and processes.
