I love practicing yoga at Art of Yoga! It’s a beautiful studio with everything you need for your yoga practice. From mats to props just show up and you’ll be able to practice. The instructors are very knowledgeable and grounded. They will help you build a solid, safe and beneficial practice of your own by helping you with cues and alignment during class. They offer a variety of classes at a variety of times throughout the day and week. They have drop in rates as well as packages to help you be more consistent with your practice. Come try them out for yourself, check out their website or find them on the MINDBODY app for the full schedule. More...

I'm so grateful I found this little gem of a studio. It's got an 'all souls welcome' community feel. Every teacher I've learned from, has been knowledgable, supportive, and intentional with their instruction and each is dedicated to supporting their students. I have learned SO much and highly recommend the classes here. More...

I've been attending a once-a-week, community class at Art of Yoga for 3 years. I had practiced yoga in a daily class in India when I went on a JYA, then practiced more intensely in private instruction in my twenties. Now I'm in my forties and wanted to get back into it after having babies and letting it go for a decade. The community class and the instructor, Chris, was a perfect way to reintroduce my mind and body to the breathing and the stretching. Every friday from the time I wake up, all my tasks end with the thought, 'ah, I get to finish this day with my yoga class.' It starts my weekend off right and resets my energy level. Instructor Chris now owns the studio; his focus is on the whole mind-body experience. He has upgraded the style of the studio- which already is housed in a historic building with huge windows and great light, looking out into big oak trees from the second floor- by adding plants, rugs in entry and alcoves, wall hangings and banners to make it feel bright and cozy at the same time. Please join us for this class and then choose from different levels and styles of classes throughout the week taught by several more instructors, male & female / black & white / younger & older. (That's another thing I love about the community class- it is made up of diverse people, including young military men and women seeking rehabilitation after long days of training hard as well as a disabled young adult who attends with his caregiver.) Great place to do vinyasa flow yoga. The teachers are phenomenal! It can be tricky to find...head up to the second floor of the building next to the pin for some great yoga.
