The quality of classical pilates is in the Art of Control. I love the studio with the beautiful red pieces of equipment! I’m also taking the Pilates Instructor program. I knew nothing about Classical Pilates before I came here. Now session by session, Mat Class by Mat Class, my form improves and so does my posture. My aim is for a Pilates body. The studio is cute and has all of the machines just as Joseph H. Pilates taught in his classes. From the reformer to the Wanda chair, the studio offers it all, from the famous electric chair to the Cadillac. If you want a brand new body without all the cost and pain of plastic surgery and optimal results, this is the way to go. Not to mention the little massages they give your body during the exercise.
